Do I need an account to place an order
You do not need an account to place an order. Feel free to checkout as a guest! However, if you want to see you order history you must create an account.
Is my Sherpa machine washable?
All hoodies and lounger are machine washable, but don't put them in the dryer -- You must hang to dry!
What if I don't see my team or college?
We are in the process of adding all teams and colleges to the site. If you don't see your please email contact@jillmartin.com and a team member can give you a status update.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
What does it mean if something is marked as Final Sale?
All items that are marked Final Sale cannot be cancelled, returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
