I received my Sherpa, which I absolutely loved and was so excited to wear. However, Ive only worn it two times, there is already a large hole in the sleeve. It’s so large that I can’t wear it anymore as it is very noticeable.. I have reached out to customer service via email with zero response. Considering the cost, the last thing I expected would be for it to have a hole the second time wearing it. The lack of response from customer service is incredible frustrating, as well as the quality of the product. I’m very disappointed.

Quality is there in this jacket, however.....sizing is not accurate. I usually wear a 22 and ordered an xl/1x as recommended by sizing info. I should have SIZED UP! Fit is just ok. Definitely NOT oversized. I will wear without buttoning, and it will be just "ok". Too expensive to return. For nearly $100 I expected a better fit.
